Titanium is a raw material that is heavily used in crafting. It is used to craft almost all Alterra technology, including Equipment, Tools, Vehicles and Seabase modules. It is one of the earliest-game materials, as it is very common.

It can be found in Limestone Outcrops (1), crafted from metal salvage (4), or obtained by using the Scanner to scan Fragments for Blueprints that the player already has (2).

Titanium can also be found as a large resource deposit which are especially plentiful in the Lost River. In the Inactive Lava Zone it can also be found as single pure deposits on walls and the ground.
