Their Food value is low and they detract from the player's Water, but they are unlimited and free, making them useful in certain situations. Despite detracting from Water values, they do not gain the old status or decompose, so can be stored indefinitely. There are three different variants of Snacks, each with different packaging but identical food values. Rice snacks appear to bear the Alterra logo. The other snacks bear the logo of an unknown company on the top right of Mix chips and the left of Potato mix.
