Safe Shallows

The Safe shallows are a very shallow and home to mostly peaceful life forms. They are characterized by a richness in flora and [[::Category:Fauna|fauna]], sandy ground and a porous seabed riddled with caves. Most of the raw materials found there are very low-level.
