The Kelp Forest is a region most known for its thick Kelp vegetation, most notably the Creepvine, giving it a very greenish color. Creepvine plants can reach as far up to breach the surface of the sea and are extremely useful for regenerating hunger and thirst.

The biome ranges is from a depth of 15 meters in Safe Shallows transition to Kelp Forest, and and extends down to 150 meters in northern Kelp Forest that spans to the Mushroom Forest. Caves can also be found here.
