Template:Infobox itemThe Builder is a tool that can be crafted using the fabricator.
It allows the player to build a variety of stationary items. This tool is crucial for the deployment of seabases and the customization of the interiors of both seabases and the Cyclops.
While it uses a battery and the energy level is displayed on the player's HUD, the energy doesn't seem to deplete when the Builder is used.
