Template:Infobox Biome The Crash Zone is the area where the Aurora crashed. It is characterized by rocky slopes and deep trenches covered with sand, and mostly littered with debris from the crashed spaceship.

The zone is located on the Easternmost part of the land, surrounded by a Kelp Forest, Safe Shallows, the Koosh Zone, a Mushroom Forest and Grassy Plateaus. Located behind the ship is a trench created by the crash and littered with debris, which is also guarded by a Reaper Leviathan. A short gorge leads below the ship's flank, with a flooded corridor giving direct access to the reactor room. The front of the ship was blown away by its explosion and can also be used as an entry.

There are but few flora species in the Crash Zone, but a wide variety of fauna. The harvesting nodes typically found in the zone are Shale, Sandstone and Limestone, making it a good source for raw crafting materials.

Trivia

Before the reorganization of fragment locations, parts of Cyclops and other fragments spawned continuously on the dunes West from the ship, making the Crash Zone a great source for Titanium.
