In the future the player will need to scan the [[Grav Trap]], [[Laser Cutter]], and [[Beacon]] fragments to get the respective blueprint. <ref>https://trello.com/c/EgmDp8iY/6491-clean-up-craft-tree</ref> |

Fragments are broken pieces of advanced technology that can be analyzed by the Scanner to create Blueprints. They are found inside Wrecks, strewn across certain Biomes around the Aurora, and scattered throughout the Degasi Seabases. Depending on the technology being analyzed, a different number of Fragments might be needed to form the blueprint. Scanning a Fragment that already has a complete blueprint will convert the Fragment into 2 pieces of Titanium.
