Supply Crates are containers dropped during the crash landing of the Aurora that contain random high-level items, including crafted items.
The Supply Crate supports 5x5 item slots, which is a total of 25 slots. It is very light-weight and can easily be pushed around in the water. One of the edges of the Supply Crate features an electronic display that reads "Container" on it.
Currently, there are only 8 locations known to exist where these containers can be found.
Two of them spawn near the engine part of the Colony Ship, one of them in an area littered with scrap metal, the other one close by in a small rift towards the North.
One more can be found in the Koosh Zone.
The other five spawn in the area that is currently inaccessible due to radiation.
At the moment, every action that lets the Supply Crate reinitialize, like reloading the game, coming out of the Cyclops or reentering the visible range of the Supply Crate causes the Supply Crate to reset, causing it to fill with new random items.
In future, the locations of these crates will be randomised.
