Template:Infobox BiomeThe Kelp Forests are an underwater Biome with a high density of Creepvine kelp. They are recognized as one of the most productive and dynamic Ecosystems on this planet. Other than the kelp, the biome is also known for the Stalkers that live there as well as the green hue of the water. Creepvine plants can reach as far up as the water's surface and are extremely useful for regenerating Hunger and thirst.

Kelp Forests are found at medium Depth and home to mostly peaceful Life Forms with the exception of the stalker. The terrain is composed of grassy ground and a sandy seabed riddled with entrances to the Kelp Forest Caves. Most of the Raw Materials found there are medium-level, like the harvesting nodes, Sandstone and Limestone.

This biome's depth range is from 15 meters in Safe Shallows transition and extends down to 150 meters in northern Kelp Forest that is adjacent to the Mushroom Forest. There are six Kelp Forests in the map.
