the outcrop works in a bag system where it contains one copper and one titanium but if you break one and get titanium for example the next one is guaranteed to be copper, when the bag is empty it resets and its 50% again for each{{Clear}}

It can be found on the seabed and walls of many different Biomes. It is a very common Harvesting Node, and can be spotted multiple times in a single biome.
