Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Table Coral is a harvestable life form belonging to the group of Flora.

Appearance

Table Corals come in four different colors, namely red, green, blue, and purple. The red variety is far more common than the other three and can easily be found in the Safe Shallows Biome. As the name suggests, they are disk-shaped and have several small "jewels" at their top and bottom.

Table Corals are usually found attached to walls. The only exception seems to be the Blue Table Coral, which can be observed growing upwards from the seabed. Each color seems to be exclusive to one or a few different biomes. Table Corals are Bioluminescent.

Uses

If cut using a Survival Knife, Table Corals leave behind several Table Coral Samples that will drift to the ground. Sometimes the disk glitches. If this bug occurs, simply restart the game. These disks cannot be cut while the NODAMAGE cheat is activated.

Table Coral Samples are a material that can be used to make a Computer Chip, which in turn can be used for HUD upgrades.

At the moment, there is no distinction between the different colors. All Table Coral Samples have the same item symbol.
