The Mushroom Forest is a biome characterized by a type of towering coral known as Tree Mushrooms, as well as many other types of life forms, especially flora.

Description

The Mushroom Forest is essentially a forest made of Tree Mushrooms. It has a sandy bottom, with large patches of brown seagrass interspersed between the large corals.

The largest of the Mushroom Forests borders the Dunes, Grassy Plateaus, small portions of the Safe Shallows, and one of the Kelp Forests. It is dominated by a single Giant Tree Mushroom. The player is advised to stay cautious while exploring this area, as Bonesharks tend to lurk in the dense Tree Mushrooms.

Wreck 9 can also be found in the largest Mushroom Forest.

The Mushroom Forest will serve as one of the entrances to the Lost River.
