My thoughts are that the bottom 3 messages are definately connected. "Nine new biological subjects designated. Switching to hunting/analyzing mode. Sharing subjects locations with other agents." So whatever alien lifeform is out there has found "9 new biological subjects", which are presumably Aurora survivors. The day 68 message states that whoever subject 11783 is, is dead. Subject 11783 could be engineer LaFette who-in his message- seemed to be cut short. He could've been terminated by these "agents". But is the lifepod 7 wreck a thing in the game? West of your lifepod (when facing the Aurora) you can find lifepod wreck 4. And in the kelp biome near there, you can find lifepod wreck 19. Where are 6 & 7? Of course, I haven't found ALL the wrecks in the game, but I've been about everywhere in the same distance of lifepod 4 from the lifepod and haven't found a single thing. But, the response from "Sunbeam" states that in 461 Earth days we'll be rescued by authorities. When the game is complete or an update for the story comes out, in 461 Earth days, will we see a ship come flying into the atmosphere? If we do, I'd think it'd would be just like the Aurora: A broken ship crash landing on some ocean planet. Who knows if we'll be rescued. Will freeing the Sea Emperor be considered the endgame objective? there's too many questions to answer, so we'll just have to wait and see.
