Trash Cans is a placeable item constructed using the Habitat Builder. At present, there is no practical function.
Trash Cans are found among wreckage in the Crash Zone. Scan one with the Scanner to obtain the blueprint.
Currently unscannable in the stable, though they can be found in wreckage.
