Dunes
Template:Infobox Biome The Dunes is a biome located west from the Escape Pod. It features vast sandy plains and dunes, sometimes littered with different types of rock structures.
They are intended to be a large, open area, having a scarce population of both fauna and flora[1]. It is also home to many dangerous types of fauna, the most notable threat being Reaper Leviathans populating the high depths.
One of the Wrecks can be found within the Dunes, laying on a flat sandbank. An entrance to the Inactive Lava Zone can also be found on the north end of this biome.
