Stasis Rifle

The Stasis Rifle is a crafted tool that can be crafted with the Fabricator.

Uses

The Stasis Rifle fires off a large circular particle effect and any creature that enters it will be frozen until the effect ends. The Stasis Rifle can be charged to release are larger blast that lasts longer. Without charging the Stasis Rifle will use less than 1% of its Energy per shot. However, fully charged shots will use up 5%.

Although the Stasis Rifle freezes many fish and some of the dangerous creatures in the game it does not freeze all creatures. As of February 26, 2015, players will still be attacked by the Crash and possibly many other dangerous creatures.
