• 5 H20, in other words increasing your Hydration level by 5.

Peepers in their cooked form require 1 peeper and 1 salt, and can be combined by use of the Fabricator on the Life pod.

They give a very large amount of food and hydration for a fish, and are definitely one of the most useful fish in the game in terms of nourishment.
