</group> </infobox> The Ice Dragon is a potential future leviathan class fauna species of Subnautica: Below Zero. As it is a cut candidate, this creature may not make it into the final game , Chances Are It Will Because It Has Textures Now But Don't Get Hype.

Appearance

The Ice Dragon's body is long, dark-blue in color with pale-blue, iridescent stripes all over. The head is small, triangular in shape and has a mouth with many black interlocking teeth. Within the mouth is a hollow cylindrical structure, the function of which is unknown. Two pairs of white eyes that lack pupils are situated behind the mouth. There are three long horns on the back of the head, each adorned with blue stripes. There are similar, far smaller structures protruding from the lower jaw. There are several rows of black spikes running down the body from the head to the end of the tail, which has four fins.

The Ice Dragon has a pair of fins around one third of the way down the body on the dorsal side. Oddly, these fins have a fully developed limb-bone structure visible, giving them a wing-like appearance. The same is true for the second pair of fins a short way behind the front set. Each of these fins are tipped with claws, their limb-like structure may hint at a terrestrial lifestyle in its ancestors. Between the two upper fins is a large solid crest-like structure with two long spines extending backwards. The chest has a prominent lump in the center, resembling the keel of a bird's breastbone.
