It was used by the Alterra Corporation to produce Snowfoxes. The base currently consists of two Large Rooms, stairs, and a Hoverpad fragment. It is located behind a large door, presumably used to protect against Ice Worms. At the moment, the base is not solid, meaning you can walk right through it.
