It is also found in the Tree Spires Biome, though to a much lesser degree.

Appearance

Thermal Spires are tall and conical with a hole at the top of each spire. The hole constantly emits a black smog-like substance, much like Black Smokers do in real life. A yellow substance can be seen oozing from the hole at the top of each spire.
