Subnautica: Below Zero
The Expansion is a currently unnamed, upcoming game that acts as an expansion to the story of Subnautica. The full release date is currently planned for mid 2019, with early access coming sometime in late 2018. The Expansion will be purchased separately, and as such will not require the original game to play.[1] The Arctic will be the setting of the story, which will feature a different protagonist rather than Ryley Robinson, and takes place in a different map in a time after Ryley Robinson has escaped Planet 4546B.[2][3]
