The Mesas are a mini-biome located in the southern portion of the Crash Zone. The five Mesas found here protrude above their surroundings, appearing as small islands of life amongst the lifeless dunes of the Crash Zone. The Mesas harbor Flora not seen elsewhere in the Crash Zone, whether the lack of Flora elsewhere in the Crash Zone is due to the crash of the Aurora and subsequent irradiation of the area is unknown. <tabber> Fauna=
