The Data Box containing the blueprints used to create the Cyclops Shield Generator is found in the Abandoned Seabase in the Deep Grand Reef, or in Wrecks. *As of version 47282 this Data Box does not unlock the blueprint. The shield makes the Cyclops invulnerable for sixteen and 3/4 seconds and costs fifty energy per use and has a twelve second cooldown time before being ready to be used again.
