The Ghost Leviathan is an unimplemented life form belonging to the Fauna category that will possibly be added in future updates of Subnautica after version 1.0.

Appearance

The Ghost Leviathan has a transparent outer covering, over a dark blue inner body, four bioluminescent eyes, six small fins on the torso section, a decorative sail on top of the head, and two long structures protruding from either side of its head which bear similarities to the head of a hammerhead shark. It has a rectangular mouth, and a long body that tapers to a point.

Future Plans

The Ghost Leviathan may be added to the game at some point after the game's full release.
- Should it be implemented, the Ghost Leviathan may be within the void, as a means to prevent players from going off the map.
