Pathfinder Tool (Subnautica)

The Dive Reel is a Tool used for back tracking during cave exploration.

It is crafted using the fabricator.

How to Use

  1. Use RMB to fix the Reel's anchor to the ground
  2. Swim (either with it equipped or not)
  3. Place the other end down with RMB or
  4. Swim back to anchor and retrieve it (must have the reel equipped)

The current model will be switched out for a new one in future builds. The new model can be seen on Sketchfab.
