The player can either pick it up by hand or by using the knife in order to harvest its spores.

The Deep Shroom can also be placed in a Exterior Growbed.

Appearance

The Deep Shroom looks exactly the same as the Acid Mushroom, save for the difference in coloration: a pale violet grey cap, and an black stem.

Behavior

Identical to the Acid Mushroom.
