Observatory (Subnautica)
The Observatory is a small glass room that the player can craft using the Constructor. Its intended purpose is to allow the player to drop it down and use it as a safe area to regain their oxygen levels and observe otherwise dangerous creatures in safety.
The Observatory is crafted from the Constructor using the following ingredients:
The Observatory is also currently still in progress, and other rooms are in development so that the player can move from room to room in their own small base underwater.
Currently the Observatory is created by the Constructor and is then dropped into the water haphazardly. There is no way of choosing where exactly to put it unless the player picks up the Constructor and then moves it to the general area of where he or she wants the Observatory to be deployed.
