Appearance

The Spine Eel has a thin and elongated body. The head has a pointed snout and rose-colored, leather-like skin. A large jaw with long teeth makes up a large portion of the face. Large yellow eyes are positioned on either side of the head. The majority of the body is composed of a translucent gelatinous material. The spine is clearly visible underneath. Many spikes protrude from both the upper and lower sides of the spine. Four tendrils trail from behind the head. A set of gill slits are present on both sides of the body. It is likely that the Spine Eel will be a hostile or defensive creature.

Future plans

As seen on the concept art, the Spine Eel will maybe spawn in the lost river biome. Also on the concept art the Spine Eel will spawn inside the mouth of the giant skull what is gonna be part of the lost river biome.
