Description

The Shallow Twisty Bridges appear to be a rather open area, with the terrain mostly covered by white stones or coral and an abundance of a large, bulbous, purple flora species, along with a type of shelf coral. Twisting structures covered in Blue Barnacles are also visible. A large canyon in the biome also leads to the Twisty Bridges.

Some small icebergs can be found in the biome. They house Pengwings and Penglings.

Crash Site

The Crash Site is an extension of the Shallow Twisty Bridges. It is a small area of land where Robin Ayou crash-lands her passenger Shuttle and where she begins her journey on 4546B. There are two routes that connect the region to the Shallow Twisty Bridges, both of which lead to a shore that allows Robin to enter the ocean.<tabber> Resources=

Trivia

The Shallow Twisty Bridges was originally planned to be implemented as a biome in the original Subnautica. However, it was cut from the game early in development, and was later repurposed for Subnautica: Below Zero.
