</group> </infobox> The King Jelly is a fauna species that will appear in Subnautica: Below Zero. It will likely act as a hazard, essentially being the opposite to the Ventgarden.

Appearance

The King Jelly appears to have long, scaly black tentacles with little feather-like ends. They all lead up to the main section where there is a main body to the creature. It has a brown, scaly body with a glowing pink center. The body goes up to a white eye-like head with a brown ring around a black pupil. Around the eye is a bubble-like protective shield. In the shield appears to be some kind of floating pink objects. A

They appear to swim in groups by the Concept Art.

Design

The King Jelly's form is heavily inspired by real life jellyfish.
