Artwork shows that divers could potentially interact with it. In current builds the Medium and Small Koosh Bush can be harvested for Koosh Chunk with a knife. The Large and Huge Koosh Bush variations are only cosmetic.
An early Trello card indicates that Koosh Bushes may give off a loud sound that can scare Fauna in the future.[1]
Appearence
It's purple top houses Bioluminescent, little spots that are able to light up the whole top. Its stalk is a greyish blue that's twisted around. They can vary in size a lot from massive to very small.
