Each use drains ten power along with a ten second recharge after being used. The Data Box containing the blueprint used to create the Cyclops Sonar Upgrade is found in the Koosh Zone Wreck, the Mountains Wreck as well as next to Lifepod 2 in the Northern Blood Kelp Zone.
