It can be planted in the Exterior Growbed, the Interior Growbed and the Planter Pots. In the Bioreactor, it produces 75 energy total over the course of 180 seconds. It can be eaten, supplying the player with 3 Food and 10 water. If too many Bulbo Tree Samples are eaten at once, the AI announces blood loss detected and the player's health will decrease, similarly to when the player eats too many Creepvine samples.
