Appearance
The Spine Eel has a thin, elongated body. The head is fleshy pink in color, and is comprised of two yellow eyes, a large maw with many visible sharp teeth, and four tendrils trailing behind its head.
The majority of the Spine Eel's body, along with the organs, is transparent.
Behavior
The Spine Eel will lash out its tendrils to when attacking, and then pull them back. It will uses its tendrils to pull in prey, and then proced to shove it in their mouth. The Spine Eel will also bite, another tactic it uses to catch prey.
The Spine Eel will let out ghastly hisses and snarls should anything get too close.

- The Spine Eel's concept art suggests that it will dwell the Lost River.
