Template:Infobox:Fauna Flora The Acid Mushroom (previously the Purple Mushroom) is an edible form of flora. If cut by a knife, it will harm the player with acid.
It appears to be an aquatic form of fungus.
When collected, it drops an acid mushroom. This can be eaten for +2 food, or 3 can be used with one copper to create a battery. As a food source it is useful if needed in a hurry, but otherwise unremarkable. Its use in batteries makes it far more valuable.
