Blood Kelp Zone is a small, abyssal biome that can be found between the Dunes, the Sparse Reef and the Grand Reef.

The Blood Kelp Zone is characterized by a variety of giant white Blood Kelps, some of which carry Blood Oil pustules down near the stem.

The Blood Kelp Caves are located at the deeper in the biome, southwest of the Aurora.

There is a Wreck located within the Blood Kelp Zone.

In the future, the Blood Kelp Zone will serve as one of the entrances to the Lost River^[1].
