The Moon Pool is a Seabase module. It is constructed with the Builder and its main function is the docking and undocking of the Seamoth.
A power source is needed to be able to dock the Seamoth. The Seamoth will also be charged from the base's Energy if in Survival Mode or Hardcore Mode.
The Moon Pool also allows the player to access their base via two ladders on either end.
The Seamoth Upgrade Console is a Placeable Item that can only be constructed in the Moon Pool. It allows the player to customize their docked Seamoth.
To build the Moon Pool it requires a Fragment, and this can be found in Grand Reef.
