Upgrades Modules are software drives that create improvements to the Cyclops and Seamoth.
The Upgrades Modules that work on the Cyclops are crafted using the Fabricator. They are found on the menu point that says "Submarine". The Seamoth's Upgrade Modules are crafted with the mini-fabricator on the Seamoth Upgrade Console.
Upgrades Modules for the Cyclops can be placed in the upgrade console found in the engine room of the Cyclops. Four Upgrade Modules can be applied at once and the effect of each stack.
Upgrades to the Seamoth can be placed in a panel on the Seamoth's left side. Like the Cyclops, up to four Upgrade Modules can be applied at once. The Seamoth also has a Paperdoll UI like the PDA. Certain Upgrade Modules such as the Seamoth Storage Solution can differ depending on which slot it is placed.
Upgrade Modules should not be confused with the upgrades that the Workbench does to certain Tools and Equipment.
