Natural substrate for manufacture of enameled glass: discovered. Construction of advanced submersibles and habitat modules is now possible.
― PDA, Dialogue

Enameled Glass is a material crafted using the Fabricator. Its crafting recipe unlocks after the player acquires the Blueprint for either the Observatory or Cyclops, or picks up a Stalker Tooth.
It is used in the construction of the Cyclops, Prawn Suit and Observatory. It is also to fabricate two of the Seamoth's Upgrade Modules.

Trivia
- Presumably the recipe is in reference to dental enamel (crystalline calcium phosphate) from the teeth. Actual enameled glass uses vitreous enamel, a material made from powered glass, which is added to regular glass for decorative purposes.
- Until mid-2017 Enameled Glass was also required to make a Scanner Room.
