The Dive Reel is a tool used for back tracking during cave exploration.

It is crafted using the fabricator.

Use RMB to fix the reel's anchor to the ground
Swim (either with it equipped or not)
Place the other end down with RMB or to retrieve it you must swim to the anchor and pick it up (must have reel equipped)
