Recipe

It can be crafted in the Seatruck Fabricator Module or with the Vehicle Upgrade Console. There is currently no way to unlock it without using the dev console. (no target detected)

Trivia

• In older builds it was unlocked along with the recipe for the Seatruck, but this was later removed.
