The Fabricator is an interior base module used to create objects out of a certain amount of materials. The Fabricator is needed to progress through Subnautica, and this will most likely be true in Subnautica: Below Zero.

The Fabricator's menu is opened by clicking the mouse or pressing the A button on the controller. In the menu the player can choose an item to create as long as they have the materials needed.
