It currently has no use, and is not canonical to the story. The Void is the end of the map and has a bottom at 3000 meters depth, past this there is another, seemingly infinite drop. Multiple adult Ghost Leviathans live in the Void after migrating there from the Lost River , where they act as a deterrent for wandering players going outside of the playable area.

Description

True to its name, The Void is devoid of terrain, flora, coral, and all but one fauna species.
