The Repulsion Cannon allows the player to push objects away with a great force. While the Repulsion Cannon cannot pick up items like the Propulsion Cannon, it exerts a greater force on its target. If a Bleeder latches onto the Player's arm, the player can use the Repulsion Cannon to blast it off. The Repulsion Cannon takes up four slots in the player's inventory. Certain access points on Wrecks can also be pushed off to reveal new pathways. For instance, ventilation systems and certain doors. The Repulsion Cannon can also blast away any aggressive life form if shot at them, most notably affecting the aimless drifting of Crabsquids. It can also repel Reaper Leviathans and Sea Dragon Leviathans, but the Player must shoot the Leviathans in the face for this to be effective.
Energy
The Repulsion Cannon uses 4% of its energy per use, and is powered by a Battery which can be replaced by pressing "R". The Repulsion Cannon will recharge when you swim with the Swim Charge Fins equipped.
