The Radiation Helmet is a piece of equipment that is crafted using the Fabricator.
It allows the player to dive deeper and protect themselves from surrounding poison gas emitted from Gasopods.
After the player have crafted one Radiation Helmet, it automatically falls in place in PDA Inventory under Equipment in the main HUD slots there, unless if you already have an item in the like the Rebreather. You can also move (MMB) it to you main inventory, to trade with a storage or drop it from there.
