It is normal when first piloting a PRAWN suit to feel a sense of limitless power at your fingertips. Professional PRAWN operators receive weeks of training to counteract this phenomenon. You will have to try not to let it go to your head.

The P.R.A.W.N. Suit (Pressure Re-Active Waterproof Nanosuit) (Mk.III) is a vehicle.
It is a powered suit of armor, designed for use in both the deep-sea and spac - capable of affording protection to a pilot whilst maintaining maximum dexterity with hydraulic limbs and a reinforced canopy. it is however not directly worn - rather it is a large frame that can be piloted in a seated position. Unlike the other vehicles of the game, the P.R.A.W.N. suit walks along the ocean floor, only using thrusters to move vertically.
The P.R.A.W.N. suit has its own beacon, similar to that of the Cyclops and Seamoth. The upgrade panel can be found on the top left of the P.R.A.W.N. suit.
A 3D model of the P.R.A.W.N. suit can be found on Sketchfab.
Overview
The P.R.A.W.N. suit requires two power cells to operate. The user is able to dock the P.R.A.W.N. suit into the Cyclops and Moon Pool, in a fashion similar to the Seamoth. The P.R.A.W.N. suit will be used to explore dark and/or deep places. [1] The P.R.A.W.N. suit has a base crush depth of 900 meters.
Upon entering the P.R.A.W.N. suit, the player's oxygen stores will be replenished - unless the P.R.A.W.N. suit is depleted of energy, as is the case with the Seamoth and the Cyclops. In this case, the oxygen will slowly run out until the point where the player is losing oxygen within the P.R.A.W.N. suit itself.
The P.R.A.W.N. suit has a health meter - reaching zero will cause the P.R.A.W.N. Suit to malfunction catastrophically and explode. Unlike the Seamoth however, the P.R.A.W.N. suit is heavily armored and can endure most things that would otherwise severely damage or destroy a Seamoth, such as a Reaper Leviathan's grip.
P.R.A.W.N. suit fragments can be found in the Aurora's Prawn Bay, and in various Wrecks.
Alternatively, the P.R.A.W.N. suit can be used on land for exploration of dangerous areas.
How to Use
- 1. LMB and RMB to use the arms. LMB for the left arm, and RMB for the right arm.
- 2. SPACE for jump, hold for the thrusters. Note: The thrust will recharge after using it.
Upgrades and Customization
The P.R.A.W.N. suit can be customized with the Vehicle Modification Station. The console will allow the P.R.A.W.N. suit to be named and its colors to be changed.
Unlike the the Cyclops and Seamoth however, the P.R.A.W.N. suit has six upgrade slots as opposed to just four. Two of the slots are restricted to arm upgrades, and can be identified by their purple colour.
The P.R.A.W.N. suit can be upgraded the same way that the Seamoth can, though some upgrades such as the Storage Module and Pressure Compensators MK1, MK2 and MK3 will function in both the P.R.A.W.N. suit and Seamoth.
| |||||||||||||
The P.R.A.W.N. suit has a 6x2 storage compartment on the top of it, located at the back, which can be doubled to 6x4 with the Storage Module. Materials can be picked up from the seabed and be grabbed by the P.R.A.W.N. suit, which will transfer it into the storage. |
|||||||||||||
Permanently hardened chassis before collision, eliminating damage under normal conditions. |
|||||||||||||
The Power Efficiency Upgrade recycles heat by-product to minimize power inefficiencies. Each module reduces power use by 15%. |
|||||||||||||
The Prawn Suit Thermal Reactor is an upgrade for the P.R.A.W.N. suit that generates power in areas that are 15 degrees Celsius or higher. |
|||||||||||||
The Prawn Suit Jump Jet Upgrade is an upgrade module for the P.R.A.W.N. suit. when equipped it greatly increases the power of the thrusters, giving faster acceleration and a much higher boost. |
|||||||||||||
Equipped as the standard arm on the P.R.A.W.N. suit, this arm is quite versatile. It can both pick up things and administer a quick strike, useful for smashing rocks for resources. |
|||||||||||||
Allows for drilling of large resource deposits. Once drilled, these deposits break down into pieces that can be picked up. |
|||||||||||||
The Grappling Arm upgrade allows the player to fire a grapple. This grapple can attach to large, anchored geometry, allowing the player to pull themselves towards it. Alternatively, it can attach to small to large creatures, items, and so on. |
|||||||||||||
Functions the same as the Propulsion Cannon tool, except as an arm, it can lift heavier items. Additionally, it's now possible to load items into the Propulsion Cannon tool or arm. |
|||||||||||||
Storing up to four torpedoes at a time, this upgrade works just like the Seamoth Torpedo launcher. It uses the same torpedoes as the Seamoth, as well: |

Future Plans
The P.R.A.W.N. suit will be used to fight the Sea Dragon Leviathan.[2]
Data Bank Entry
The Pressure Re-Active Waterproof Nano Suit is a range of mechs designed to protect the pilot from extreme environments. The Mk.III is the latest iteration, and has so far only been rolled out by Alterra for their own high-value, phasegate-related operations.

Trivia
- The former name for the P.R.A.W.N. suit was the Exosuit.
- The idea for the P.R.A.W.N. suit may be taken from the Exosuit from Natural Selection 2, another game made by Unknown Worlds.
