It's at home in the Grassy Plateaus.

Appearance

The Reginald is characterized by its slim, yet tall body with two large eyes protruding from its sides. Its entire backside is composed of one large fin. At its front, it features a set of three small protrusions, although their use cannot be determined, they may be the mouth of the Reginald. It is similar in appearance to an ocean sunfish.

The Reginald is bioluminescent and thus very easy to spot at night.
