Template:Infobox Biome The Inactive Lava Zone is an experimental biome characterized by large, arching structures with the hardened lava texture. It can be found at approx. 1000-1300 meters, which can be achieved by clipping out of the map with a Seamoth near a ledge. Limestone chunks can be found on the round lava chapes.

The lava currently doesn't do any damage to the player.

Danger level: None

One can teleport to this biome after enabling the console through F3 by typing in BIOME INACTIVELAVA.

Speculation

An artwork published by the developers suggests that the player may need an Exosuit to navigate the Inactive Lava Zone. It is unknown if that is due to heat or due to pressure.
