It can be found at approx. 1000-1300 meters, which can be achieved by clipping out of the map with a Seamoth near a ledge. Limestone chunks can be found on the round lava chapes.

The lava currently doesn't do any damage to the player.

Danger level: None

One can teleport to this biome after enabling the console through F3 by typing in BIOME INACTIVELAVA.

Speculation
