The tank is a crafted piece of equipment, which boosts Oxygen by 30 seconds. Players can carry multiple tanks at once to further increase their oxygen capacity (but lowering space for other things).
While each tank adds to Oxygen, it also adds to weight--thus decreasing the player's swimming speed.
